Lukose & Sabu, Chartered Accountants, was established in 1997 by CA Lukose Joseph and Late CA E. M. He is having more than 3 decades post qualification experience including experience as Internal Auditor of M/s Jyothy Laboratories Limited a 1000Crore FMCG company. M/s Jyothy Laboratories has acknowledged the services in areas including tax planning, preventing and detecting fraud by employees, rectifying weakness in collection of sundry debtors, negotiating commission in advertisement bills, timely statutory compliance, maintaining statutory registers and records and training to staff.
He has also published various articles on Taxation Laws in periodicals and Online Publications, done various presentations for professional bodies He was the past chairman of Ernakulam Branch of SIRC of ICAI.

Late CA E. M. Sabu was a Founder Partner of Lukose & Sabu, Chartered Accountants, and played a significant role in the establishment, development and professional standing of the firm.
During his distinguished professional career, he acquired extensive experience in statutory audit, internal audit and tax audit of companies, firms, co-operative societies, charitable institutions, nationalised banks and scheduled bank branches. His professional expertise also extended to preparation of project reports, negotiation of finance and information systems audit of bank branches.
He was a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and held the Diploma in Information Systems Audit issued by ICAI.
